I thought they had done an amazing job and then one day later my nail polish on my pinky nail started bubbling and peeling off I wasn’t messing with it I looked at my nails and noticed a chunk of it was missing. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis is the second time that I have visited this place. I will never ever go there again. The man who did my nails kept getting up and helping other staff members and guests. Causing me to run behind for my next appointment. The acrylic nails that he put on are absolutely hideous. As he was doing them I was pointing out things that I didn’t like and asking him to fix them. I don’t know if he spoke any English but I can say iF he did then he was ignoring me. He didn’t even try to fix his sloppy work. I voiced I was unhappy and he still expected me to pay $40 for a job I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix. Then he had the nerve to charge my card extra and said it was because it was a visa charge. I crossed it all out and didn’t sign it and I’m disputing the charges with my bank. This is the second time that I have visited this place. I will never ever go there again. The man who did my nails kept getting up and helping other staff members and guests. Causing me to run behind for my next appointment. The acrylic nails that he put on are absolutely hideous. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, Valueworkers there were very funny and nice. they were all very friendly and it wasn’t awkward like some other nail salons are. i had them take off my old acrylics and just paint my nails and they did wonderful. will definitely go there again:(Service: Manicure
