Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe guy who did my dip polish was very aggressive and cut 3 of my fingers up. Funny thing is when I told me friend it was painful he said “I didn’t cut you!” But when he put one of the coats on they started burning immediately. I don’t think they knew how to do the ombré because I was with the lady at first. They got in an argument and she told me to move to his chair. Also my fingers are stained after. Oh and the item I picked said it was $55, but he charged me $60. This was truly the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. The guy who did my dip polish was very aggressive and cut 3 of my fingers up. Funny thing is when I told me friend it was painful he said “I didn’t cut you!” But when he put one of the coats on they started burning immediately. I don’t think they knew how to do the ombré because I was with the lady at first. They got in an argument and she told me to move to his chair. Also my fingers are stained after. Rarely had quality problems but when Tracy left (btw she didn’t move to Texas as Tee is saying, she’s got her own place in Millbrook! ) things went down hill. I made an appt for 12 people to have pedicures or manicures whichever they chose and was told no problem we have 6 employees, so I knew half would be taken care first of then the rest of course. The next day I came and purchased $700 in gift cards for said people. Come day of appts we walk in and they have their chairs full and 2 people waiting. We huddled up in a corner and we’re not spoken too at all. Meanwhile we over herd the employees telling their clients in the chairs that’s a lot of people we don’t have that many people working and seeming aggravated. 45 mins and still we are not addressed… no “I’m so sorry we took on too many walk in’s prior to your appointments or I’m sorry we’re running behind” literally nothing except side eye looks. Another person there for an appt caused a bit of a scene as she left saying “what’s the point of an appt, I’ve been a client here forever and I’ve been here 45 mins after my appt time and not taken care of!” And left. Finally our first person gets taken back and we get pulled one by one and they take a walk in pedicure when all of our people have yet to be taken care of ?! This was supposed to be a treat by my employer for our team and we get treated like it’s a hassle to see us after we dropped $700 minimum with you??!?!Seriously? I said forget it I’ll come back. Went back a couple of times, Vickie did my dip and it cracked in 4 days. Tee did my dip cut me twice and it cracked 2 days later. That was the last visit. Went elsewhere and it was ok… found Tracy’s new spot (look up Angel Nail & Spa on fb) and finally got taken care of again! She appreciates her clients finding her and has done a beautiful job with her new salon! My daughter got her dip nails done in here couple days ago and it broke in 3 days. Usually Tracy does my nails and my daughter nails and I don’t like Tee at all, he wasn’t doing a good job.
