Critical: Professionalismi called to make an appointment. i am very cautious of where i get my nails done. it is my favorite thing to do, & i take getting nails done very seriously. i know what i want, how i want them done, & happy to pay for the talent…. i politely asked if i could “make an appointment with someone that is experienced because i am rather picky” & before i could finish my sentence, the guy that answered the phone interrupted me & said to try somewhere else. didn’t let me finish & say i would happily drop up to $200 in a nail salon & tip very well for the service.so, needless to say, no go for me. very arrogant & unprofessional.i called to make an appointment. i am very cautious of where i get my nails done. it is my favorite thing to do, & i take getting nails done very seriously. i know what i want, how i want them done, & happy to pay for the talent…. i …More

Critical: Quality, ValueThis was the worst mani/pedi I ever received! She didn’t even push cuticles on fingernails at all. She cut my nails, filed them, then painted them. That’s it!! Then the polish peeled off the next day. She did a little bit better on toes but still did not do anything with cuticles. Will never go back there. This was the worst mani/pedi I ever received! She didn’t even push cuticles on fingernails at all. She cut my nails, filed them, then painted them. That’s it!! Then the polish peeled off the next day. She did a little bit better on toes but still did not do anything with cuticles. Will never go back there. What a complete waste of money!!

Critical: QualityI got my acrylic nails done there white tips not paint and none of my nails was the same length and they wasn’t straight plus 2 nails had gaps where she filed the acrylic away so my natural nail was visible… When i went back to have them fixed her exact word was “no one is going to see the sides just the top” like are you kidding me i just paid $40 for you to only do the tops of my nails no thank you ill go elsewhere from now on…. I got my acrylic nails done there white tips not paint and none of my nails was the same length and they wasn’t straight plus 2 nails had gaps where she filed the acrylic away so my natural nail was visible… When i went back to have them fixed her exact word was “no one is going to see the sides just the top” like are you kidding me i just paid $40 for you to only do the tops of my nails no thank you ill go elsewhere from now on….
