I’ve been by there a few times trying to get my nails done but they have been closed for what seems like a month. They have it posted on the front door Sat from 930am-7pm but it was closed Saturday too. Please update your page if you have permanently closed.

This place is amazing so calm and clean. The guy who did my nails, Danny, was so kind And he did such an amazing job on my nails and feet. He paid attention to every detail. If they had the tiniest flaw he noticed and fixed it before I did! I will be coming back and requesting him everytime, he even made sure the glue didn’t stick my real nail to the skin! He takes pride in what he does so well!

After previously using this location many times I will never go back again! On the last two trips there I had scheduled appointments where I had physically gone into this location to make my appointments. The one time I went in they said I didn’t have an appointment. I said yes I did to no avail so I left. The most recent time I went in a week ahead of time to make my appointment and stressed to them that the last time I made an appointment they said I didn’t have one. They assured me that I had an appointment and they would do my Mani Pedi.

I’ve been going here for the last 6 months and haven’t had any issues. They are very clean and have no problem getting me in as long as I call in advance to see what openings they have the day I want to go. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at other salons in topeka and they haven’t disappointed me. Would recommend. Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMe and a few friends decided to go Beauty Nails Lounge. We all had a terrible experience here. They couldn’t do any of the nails we wanted. They couldn’t do ombré, they couldn’t do chrome, they couldn’t do any of the designs we wanted that I feel they should have the skill to do. We came here to pay for their service and skills and they did not deliver (I personally think they were being lazy and didn’t want to take the time to make their customers happy) They were rushing us and seemed like they just wanted to get us in and out way too fast. As I was getting my nails done I picked out 2 colors and one of the colors did not look good with what I was wanting done. She only had painted one nail and I asked nicely if she could remove that color and just do sparkles. She instantly had an attitude with me and was aggressively slapping the polish on and she didn’t remove the previous color, she just slapped the sparkles on top of the color I didn’t like because she was being passive aggressive and lazy. She had the worst customer service skills and was very rude. I remained calmed and let her finish and I left very upset with my experience here. Me and my friends will not be coming back to this salon. I wish I got the name of nail tech that provided awful customer service.
