No apology was issued and nothing was done to try to stop the bleeding on any of the nails, even continuing to stick the injured fingers into various powders after the damage was done, which is unsanitary. Went in tonight to get a full set before the holiday- called ahead and staff was polite and professional on the phone. I came in at 6, an hour from closing time- it took longer than an hour but I was happy my nail tech didn’t rush to be done when it was time to close. My nail tech, Kenny I think was his name, was shy (which is perfect for me cause I’m pretty shy too) but he did good work and was very polite. I would come back again and recommend.

Limited staff that is skilled, and English is mostly not understood. Three pedicures just okay, but manicure was not. Clipped cuticle and it bled, sore for days. Polish started peeling off in 4 days. Will find another salon that speaks English.
