It’s the most disgusting place around , made appointment for 10 am today Sunday waited finally they got me in the girl named Jeane did pedicure all rushing hurt my toes scrubbing then tell after color and dry tell to ho to table on right but pointing left I ask which way she yelled saying don’t you understand right I said excuse me you said right pointing left ( very arrogant) finely get the table on left ( first one left when you get in the salon …. Start doing my nails I ask her to remove dead skin which she said ok, she keep doing everything grabbing my hand roughly , ( my nails burning with the gel ) toke it she said leave your hand in there ( I said it’s hot ) she dint said anything else then when she filed she cut me with filer dint apologize …. I ask what about removing dead skin she said they don’t do that ( I ask do what you do ) and I repeated you cut me and dint apologize still no answer …. And no washing hands she spray my hands with alcohol which burn where the cut was and she dint care …. Told me the total …. I told you guys are dirty and arrogant ( I’m have business and never talk to my costumers like that) they don’t have any care for the costumer , people was walking in with apptments for 11 am they were saying come back at 1 pm some walk out it’s very disorganized dirty …. Never ever again , I read some of the reviews and see that there’s people that got infections from this place ( so have to say ladies be very careful) and good luck to all , give them 1 star most horrible service I ever had , move to this area 1 year ago and I will keep looking for better place to get my Ped/ mani .On picture you can see the little cut plus all dry and dead skin that dint get removed .

The person at the front desk messed up my appointment times twice. The first time I got a pedicure and the man cut my feet 3 times. It was awful. The second time I came to give it another chance with someone else they scheduled my appointment for the wrong day. They offered no other times for the day I scheduled. When I was sitting there for 20 minutes he told me my appointment was for next week. There were two girls that came in and he couldn’t find their appointment either. I do not recommend this place.

I have just gotten a toe infection after a gel pedicure I received the weekend of 06/18/2022. I am now on antibiotics and non-weight bearing w/ my right foot. Unfortunately I believe they did not sanitize some of the tools they used prior to giving me my pedicure and it caused the infection. After this infection, they lost a customer.

Today I went to get my nails and toes done, and my toes are amazing, the lady wo did it did a fantastic job. On the other hand the lady who did my nails was reckless and careless. She burnt the side of my finger and pushed my hands away. When I adressed her she said to me “No one told me I pushed peoples hands before”. And after addressing her again she told me “Are you mad?” And afterwards she stopped. And while writing this my finger is still burning. I would give this a 5 stars but after what happened I’m giving it 4 stars.

Cuticle shears weren’t sharp so we all know what happens with that. Hand massage without pressure points, took longer to dry than to do. Only good thing was how the polish was put on. Maybe I’m spoiled from other places but no neck massage while drying neither

I had an appointment February 6th at 11 o’clock, I received a phone call saying that my nail Tech was ill and could I reschedule for 1145 with someone else, I accepted… When I got there at 11:45 I was told they were short staffed and I’d have to come back another time. What’s tthe point of making an appointment in the 1st place?? Very disappointing and inconvenient, I will not return.
