When my Mom and I originally went in there, we were greeted by Lung. Lung told us to re-visit at another time during that day, because she did have appointments. Yet, it didn’t seem like she wanted to do our nails anyways. We did arrive back because we needed our nails done immediately. Eventually when we did return, my Mom was to wait for Lung and I was directed to a Gentleman in the far back. My Mother had to wait for a while, because Lung was multitasking with doing Pedicures… and, I’m not sure if I’m the only one who is picky about this, but I dislike when Nail Techs do a Customers feet, then proceed to do my nails… especially without properly washing their hands. Anywho, the Gentleman who does my nails, he’s very lively and comedic, but he doesn’t speak well English and doesn’t seem to know how to do nails. I was afraid to go to him to begin with, especially with a fresh full-set of nails. I ended up paying for both my Mom and myself, the total came to $76, because Acrylics with Gel Polish are $38 + $38. I didn’t even want to pay that. My nails looked as though he just learned how to do nails and my thumb nail looks bazar; my Moms nails looks great though. Only reason as to why my Mom and I went there originally, was because we were recommended to the Nail Salon. I’d like to give this Business a benefit of the doubt, but I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. I will say this, go get your nails done at your discretion.

Horrible. They were very busy, but didn’t ask me to wait. They seated me and started working on my nails. All I was getting done was a previous shellac taken off. While they were starting on my nails, another woman walked in and they seated her and started on her nails…and left me sitting there! It took about 45 minutes to do a 20 minute job. On top of that, I could see that They were reusing tools without cleaning them between clients. They were also not very friendly.

Gel nail polish chips and the service is not good compared to many other nail shops I have been too. They are snappy and short with customers they think won’t be spending what they consider a lot of money.
