Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love going to the Beauty Nails and Spa. BB is so sweet. They do amazing work. Van did a fantastic job dipping my natural Nails! This place is relaxing and on time for appointments. Although I have seen customers complain and have an attitude as soon as they walk in the door, but the entire staff works so hard. I love going to the Beauty Nails and Spa. BB is so sweet. They do amazing work. Van did a fantastic job dipping my natural Nails! This place is relaxing and on time for appointments. Although I have seen customers complain and have an attitude as soon as they walk in the door, but the entire staff works so hard. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Critical: CleanlinessWhile waiting to get a pedicure I was just observing the salon and they were very friendly! More so the receptionist, very sweet. When I was waiting for my pedicure the nail technician reused the gloves and DID NOT use sterile instruments. Although she said they were. She was nice as well and professional. But once she was finished right away she went to the next customer AND reused the same gloves that she just used on me and the SAME filing instruments, cuticle cutter and nails file. The same exact ones! she did not clean them nor did not rinse them after me. That is extremely concerning. That showed me that they reuse the exact same instruments on each and every client. No sterilization whatsoever. I was disgusted and could not proceed to get my nails done. While waiting to get a pedicure I was just observing the salon and they were very friendly! More so the receptionist, very sweet. When I was waiting for my pedicure the nail technician reused the gloves and DID NOT use sterile instruments. Although she said they were. She was nice as well and professional. But once she was finished right away she went to the next customer AND reused the same gloves that she just used on me and the SAME filing instruments, cuticle cutter and nails file. Then they used clear stars on one nail it was messed up so she redid it w a different sticker even thought i told her no it wasn’t right and i didn’t want it fixed waited for 3 1/2 hrs had one person go back and fourth very unprofessional. HORRIBLE AT NAILS. $60 for nails that popped off. Also very dirty. Kept switching nasty old used nail brushes after using with other customers. Asked for a refund and she screamed at me over the phone. and in person horrible place do not go here. Critical: QualityNever again ! While I was trying to tell her the design I wanted she said can you not put a design I have other things to do . And when she asked if I liked them I said there ok she said okay because there’s nothing I can do to fix it ! Like why ask then ? All of that for 100 dollars Service: Acrylic nails
