Beauty Nails and Spa

Critical: ProfessionalismI was having a terrible day and went to get my nails done to try and cheer myself up a little. I had been going to this salon (Solar/Beauty) for 4 years, every 2 weeks for either pedicures or ANC nails or both. I was deep in thought and walked in without a mask. It was totally my fault because I was not paying attention and got used to the no mask thing. Instead of saying something to me, the manager directed her snotty comments about me to another customer. I was at the front of the salon, by myself, for approximately 2 minutes without a mask. I was having a terrible day and went to get my nails done to try and cheer myself up a little. I had been going to this salon (Solar/Beauty) for 4 years, every 2 weeks for either pedicures or ANC nails or both. I was deep in thought and walked in without a mask. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been going here for years since I moved to the area, and they’ve always done my nails beautifully. However, the wait is always long when walking in with no appointment.I have a young child and getting time with a sitter is hard. I scheduled an appointment for 4:15 so that I could be sure to not be late to get back home.After waiting an hour, they took ANOTHER person before me who was a walk-in.Don’t schedule appointments if you’re going to treat them like walk-ins!!!!!!!!I unfortunately won’t be going back here.I’ve been going here for years since I moved to the area, and they’ve always done my nails beautifully. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to this nail salon for 1 month now getting my nails done and i have to say they are all amazing, the owner is super sweet and attentive and she knows what she is doing treats everyone so sweet. YUKI the nail tech knows her stuff and she does a outstanding job to perfection,if u bring in pics or explian what u want she does it exaxtly. I have nothing bad to say about this place and its staff and the pricing is affordable like the best around!!! I have been going to this nail salon for 1 month now getting my nails done and i have to say they are all amazing, the owner is super sweet and attentive and she knows what she is doing treats everyone so sweet. YUKI the nail tech knows her stuff and she does a outstanding job to perfection,if u bring in pics or explian what u want she does it exaxtly.
