Critical: ProfessionalismI went in to get my nails and toes done for a baby shower i had to attend later that day and they had me waiting for 3 and a half hours but helped other people who came in after me. The next day or of my acrylics came off and my toe chipped. They had one lady working on my pedicure and she put cuticle oil all over my legs which is not where it goes. I went in to get my nails and toes done for a baby shower i had to attend later that day and they had me waiting for 3 and a half hours but helped other people who came in after me. When they were doing my nails to use the wrong color wrong shade, they hurt my fingers, and I was bleeding and they be on the shape of my nails and they ruin my nails. They were like Tiffany’s nails. Don’t like Tiffany’ nails. right? And they were completely being rude to people that speak Spanish. She started mocking instead of saying stuff, and then they started being racist, not really, but really mocking people that speak Spanish there language, then they like started being rude.and for my experience, didn’t know, I know how to speak Spanish, and they were saying it to me and they like, it not funny, and the person at the remarking that woman she wishes to looking at everyone, like, what are they doing and why are they saying this stuff and why are they mocking me? Did not recommend going there?

The woman who did my nails was absolutely sweet and fast. Problem is, she was too fast and my nails weren’t completely covered by the acrylic, there was hair trapped under the resin coat, the paint wasn’t straight, and a couple of my nails had a bump that wasn’t drilled flat. First time getting my nails done in years and I wanted to show off my engagement ring, but after 2 hours with these results, I was really upset but left a great tip and didn’t complain. I want to leave a review for anyone else looking to get their nails done to give my experience. The women were great, the service just damaged my nails and wasn’t what I was looking for.

Everywhere was booked, so I stopped in for a pedicure here. Of course the upsell was automatic and I backed it off. Language is a barrier here when communicating, but we finally got through it. There is a reason they were empty. Blaring games show on the TV, lots of chatter between workers, and workers just on the speaker phone when not working adding to the dissidence. Just too much for my head and I just wanted out. Pedicure was minimal effort and I kept having to point out things that needed to be done. No callous removals, not much heel smoothing. Cut was ok, but not superior. 3 stars for middle of the road effort. $20 is $20 for 20 minutes. I will not be returning.

First time, walked in without appointment for a pedicure,. Nice greeting, put me in a message chair immediately. Very friendly, good pedicure. Only issue I had was that the “menu” of pedicure types was a dirty mess. Please make new ones!
