Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve come in to get my nails done here and they never fail to make my nail dreams come true. I recently came in and got my nails done by Casey. She pays great attention to detail and she left me with beautiful nails. Whenever someone asks me where I got my nails done I always direct them to beauty nails in Novato because they never fail me.Edit: I scheduled an appointment to come in with my mother. Came in 10 minutes early our appointment was for 5:30, they said they were understaffed and that was no problem. When my mom got sat around 6 is when the problems started. My mom stated she wanted a French tip but with some glitter and she showed the lady her inspo picture. That’s when the lady helping her started yelling across the salon to someone else in their native tongue. And some other lady helping someone else asked me what my mom wanted. They said they didn’t understand when she said she wanted them painted all the same. Since everyone was yelling my mom asked everyone if they could calm down and she re explained herself. She started telling us we didn’t know what we wanted. They kept speaking in their native tongue and rolling their eyes and laughing. I understand people need to communicate with one another but I felt really uncomfortable that my business was being aired out to the rest of the salon and for them to be laughing and rolling their eyes. Lee does my pedicure. She is pretty good. The owner does my nails Im very pleased. A tiny bit more expensive than other nail salons, but for my acrylic not to be lumpy and my gel polish not to be bubbly or streaky its worth it to me. Free coffee and not a very long wait
