Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent to get an acrylic set taken off and a new set put on. When she saw my nails she rolled her eyes and walked away. She then called me over to take them off and said it took extra time to take them off and they were busy and i should of told her. She was rude and unprofessional about it, especially when she so “crunched for time” but yet had time to stop my nails and flip through her phone to find something to listen to… She clipped the skin under my nails and burned me with the dremel, she was too rushed and sloppy. The day after i noticed my nails had a gross yellow hue to them so i called to let them know and shensaid to come in and she would fix them. So i get there and decided to just put a color over them because the yellow was past the tips. As she is doing them she says it costs $7 extra to do them and the polish on my right hand lifted and had a weird ripple effect which she didn’t fix, just put a clear coat over them. I walked out after, i already paid $53 plus a $10 tip that was not deserved, i was not about to pay more for something that i am still not happy with. I will NOT he going here again. Went to get an acrylic set taken off and a new set put on. When she saw my nails she rolled her eyes and walked away. She then called me over to take them off and said it took extra time to take them off and they were busy and i should of told her. I know the workers from the business I work at on main! Nice ladies, had my nails done and the length I got was a little too uncomfortable for me, but gladly they sanded it down the next day with no cost!

I made an appt. for a pink and white fill earlier this week. I drove the 45 minutes to the salon and was there for my appt on time. There was a single worker there working on someone else when I arrived. I waited until she was finished and she came over, looked at her appt book and and asked if I was someone else- I clarified who I was and she proceeded to tell me she had time only for a regular fill, not a pink and white fill. She was clearly aggravated, quite rude, rolled her eyes at nearly everything I said. After being rudely advised that next time I need to MAKE SURE she understands it’s a pink/white fill (which I DID!!) she decided to get started. She was in a hurry (as she started my appt late and the next appt showed up early) and was on the phone (ear piece) the entire time I was there. Although my nails look ok now, they won’t grow out well as they are VERY thick. Lastly, when it came time to pay I was very surprised to find that the cost of a fill here was more than I paid for the set to be done originally!! I will not be returning. I wish I could provide her name but she never said it. Based on other reviews, it sounds like my experience is a common one as there are several people with a very similar account.

Awesome and friendly service!! They gave us last minute, same day appointments when everyone else was booked for over a week. The girls were there late to accommodate us and did a very professional job on our pedicures. Would reccommended to anyone and we will be back! Thank you!
