Took a friend with me that had never been before. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Didn’t plan on having pedicures but was asked if we’d like them so we said sure. We was rushed because we wanted to sit together while being pampered. Employees became irate and lost patience with us. Nails and polish did not meet our expectations. When we complained they argued amongst themselves and made us feel they were talking about us. Definitely changing nail salons after this trip.

Houston… we have a problem!!! Got dip nails + matching gel polish on toes, total $55, decent price. Loved the nails and color… BUT, one week later the clear coat on nails has a “shattered” look to it and is now chipping off. Each day my natural nails are now breaking on the edges due to either poor quality product or not enough layers? This hasn’t happened before. I expect better for $35 on nails.

It is always a pleasure coming here. They have friendly staff who are very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I have taken my daughters (age 14 and 5) here many times and each visit has been a great experience. They were very patient with my energetic 5 year. My 14 year old visited frequently for dip nails to let her nails grow out (she bites them) and they did a great job each time. I personally love getting their pedicures and my eyebrows waxed here as they do an Excellent job every time!

Critical: Cleanliness$25 for a pedicure which is a good price but it’s not the cleanest place. The lady re used her disposable gloves on me. When I got in the chair they were inside out and laying on the floor, she picked them up and had to blow into them to fit them back on her hands.Service: Pedicure
