Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI visited this salon while out of town evacuated for hurricane Ida. My grandma passed away and I had to attend her services and needed my nails and toes done. Not knowing if anything would be available back home I decided to visit beauty nails. Me and my sisters walked in and were not greeted right away. (Wasn’t just us because I witnessed another woman enter and wasn’t greeted either) Long story short, I finished my service(paid and tipped). My nails started to crack and chip within a couple hours. I went back the next day to get 1 nail repaired(Was willing to pay but was never given the option). They told me they were too busy so I left. Called back later that afternoon and asked if they had time for a nail repair they again said no. Called again the next day around 11 a.m. same thing!! Well I’m back home now and had to go and pay to get my nails done again for (my grandma’s funeral) the second time in a week!! I visited this salon while out of town evacuated for hurricane Ida. My grandma passed away and I had to attend her services and needed my nails and toes done. Not knowing if anything would be available back home I decided to visit beauty nails. Me and my sisters walked in and were not greeted right away. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe ladies and gentlemen were excellent. I love my nails and toes. Some friends and I came after work and the made sure we were well taken care of. They even stayed past closing. Great place and awesome atmosphere. My new nail place.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love this place and the people! I’ve been going here for the last year. The nail tech is so careful with my nails. When I first came in they were like paper and she did her magic, making them so healthy. Even at their thinnest, she was incredibly gentle so as to not hurt me while filing. That was not usually my experience when going into nail salons.I’ve recommended my mom, aunt and boyfriend’s sister to this place and their experience was just as positive. Last month, I moved about 20 minutes away but I’ll still go back. I love this place and the people! I’ve been going here for the last year. The nail tech is so careful with my nails. When I first came in they were like paper and she did her magic, making them so healthy. Even at their thinnest, she was incredibly gentle so as to not hurt me while filing. That was not usually my experience when going into nail salons.
