Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNot a welcoming experience. The man and woman, owners I presume, were the only ones there mid Friday afternoon. They were both unfriendly if not rude. I asked for special care for two toes which sometimes were a bit ingrown. She said,”you go to doctor.” She was very quick, fastest pedicure I have ever had and that is not something customers want, as their prices were average, not inexpensive. She did what was required, not talking, but with speed and then added a final rudeness as she would not help me down from the chair– as I have arthritis. She said “you use a chair.” Wow, do they really have customers with this kind of attitude? Why did they even go into this kind of business…where customer service and kindness, and providing a calming break from the business of our day to day are key? This is suppose to be a treat.
