My daughter and I went to get full sets. I asked about pricing before getting them done, we had gift certificates to use and didn’t want to go over. Nails are put on slightly crooked clipped and sanded uneven. My daughter’s nails are halfway decent for a child. However my french manicure looks horrible white is uneven and then they filed after painting and tore part of the white paint off my nails. Will not be back wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Upon going to pay they charged more then original quote and I had to pay out of pocket.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe few times I came there they always did a funny job on my nails. You think the prices are great until the see the type of work they do for that money. I’m extremely disappointed. Today the nail polish came off and he glued it!!! Instead of taking it off and starting over in that nail he didn’t want to. The customer service was great they are friendly that is the only reason I gave them that 1 start if I could give a lower rating I would it was my first time at this place I got a pedicure but the guy stopped in the middle of my pedicure and I had to wait a good 15 minutes before someone else got back to me a day after my gel polish started to peel I got my nails done acrylic with gel polish they was big bulky uneven and the gel polish looked horrible I would not recommend this place prime example of you get what you pay for prices are awesome but the quality of their work is a Big NO

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I just moved in the area. First time visiting this nail place. I explained what I wanted but instead a suggestion was given. Which I was ok with. Then I told the lady who was doing my nails I wanted coffin shape. She cut them so quickly, which got me worried. When she was filling them, I can tell I wasn’t going to be happy. End result was that my daughter and I had cricket sets on and at that point how do we remove them? Our nails looked rushed. Not all the shape look the same. Some where round, other coffin and the rest I don’t know what to call it. I paid $86 for the both of us. Which was not worth it. I went to get my nails and toes done 5 days ago. Day 4 about 4 of my acrylic nails started popping up (one completely came off). I go back today to have them “fixed” guy tried telling me they looked fine and didn’t need to be fixed and just glued them down which they are still popping up. Charged me $4 to fix one nail that was poorly done (thick and uneven acrylic). WON’T BE BACK. Disappointing when you spend lots of money to have poor quality.

I recently started getting my nails done. I’ve been to this shop 5x. The quality of the shaping/filing and painting of my nails is ok. Today was not a good experience. My nails are shaped poorly, painted sloppy and the acrylic laid is uneven. I mentioned it to the agent but that didn’t help at all. I won’t be back, it’s to much of a hit or miss.

The only thing I can say about this establishment, is that my daughter went to get short acrylic nails she brought her own nail polish and went they were done a gentleman that works there charged my daughter $ 45.00. I called the salon and they told me that they price for acrylic nails is $25.00 and up but never $45.00. So unfortunately my daughter was taken advantage of definitely scammed. My review for this salon is 0 stars.

I’ve been going here for years, passing several shops on my way, but my last 3 times has not been good. The gel has been peeling off in less then a week. The last time I was there (last Friday), I had to wait for one of the workers to finish while the two owners sat on their phones. My nails on one hand are darker then the other and two nails has peeled half way off in two days. I went back to get it repaired and the woman owner gave me attitude and said I had to wait about 2 hours, then a lady walks in to the salon to get her eyebrows done and she takes her right back. I left and I will spend my money else where.

The male nail tech began to raise his voice when I asked for a different nail color. I had no idea the color I picked would be so light. I asked him to recommend something based on my previous experience at other nail salons and he started yelling at me. I was ready to walk out until this nice young lady stepped in. The owner was sitting there and expected me to pay full price for subpar service. This was my first and last time coming to this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Experienced DISCRIMINATION here. I was told to pay BEFORE they did my nails. That’s very uncalled for. NEVER coming here again. They gave excuses that don’t make sense like that my nails take long to dry and they did not want me to mess them up.
