They are amazing! Definitely the best quality in the area. My gel never chips and last for 3 weeks or until I’m ready to go back. A little more expensive than other places around here, but that is because they are using better quality products that last! I rather pay more and not have to worry about breaking a nail. Amazing staff, very clean, and my favorite nail salon up here!

Process could have been a bit longer, I did the ice pedicure. Loved the product and paint came out nice 🙂 no pain! They also gave me back the two dollar ATM fee. Great customer service, woman who did mine was so nice. Please ignore my tan line. Pedicure

I did not have a good experience it being my first time. They were not honest that they were unable to do my nails the way I needed them. They were going to put 2 different colors on my fingers and was upset when asked to make my nails the same color. She had me playing musical chair’s because of her eagerness just to make money and not make sure her customers were happy which is unacceptable! She said I was there too long…. Yea because you didnt know what you were doing and weren’t honest from the start!!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I refuse to pay money to an organization who has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

One of the worst nail salon experience I ever had. They don’t listen to what you want. She messed up my nails and I ask her to fix it. She gets mad and storms off. Very rude people and the nails they do are awful. One of the worst places in the Poconos for nails. They deserve 0 stars.

I’ve been coming to beauty nails for about 4 years and I agree 100% with some of these reviews about their prices. While I still think they are one of the better nail salons and I understand that Covid hit all businesses hard the price increases are beyond ridiculous. I go in for a gel refill and that should be 45 but I get charged always 60 or more. And my designs are nothing crazy usually just the border or even plain. I’m going to have to find a new place unfortunately
