I’ve been going to see Kim for over two years now. I’m very rough on my nails, I dig, I paint, I build, just whatever. I’ve only ever had one or two nails break and it was completely my fault for not taking care of them, or hitting it with a hammer. But Kim fixed it both times. I can sometimes go two months without having to have a fill. Great service, quality nails, and the friendliest staff. I’ll never go anywhere else! Best place to get your nails done and best quality by far! Don’t take a bad review to make your judgement, try for yourself! Sometimes things happen but Kim will always take care of you!

Every single time I go into here they are always so polite. They always make sure your nails are perfect and exactly how you what them, I have never had a problem at this place. They love to here about yourself and love to talk to you. Which I love because some places I go to never talk. I definitely recommend this place! I usually get dip or acrylic, I’ve gotten so many different designs and different shapes and every time they do an amazing job.

This place is alright. Just okay. Everytime I go in, the pedicures are lacking and overpriced. The foot massage isn’t much of a massage, it’s more of a light touch. The manicures look like they’re done without much care of quality. Like the previous review that’s been flagged, it’s true that they now charge an additional $5 and it’s also true that they are supposed to clean after every client as per TDLR regulations so technically they aren’t supposed to charge. As a cosmetologist myself, I know this extra $5 charge for cleaning is unreasonable being that the precautions already that are supposed to be taken should prevent virus spread. This actually means that they weren’t cleaning properly before the pandemic. The only difference now is that they added a plastic guard to protect the manicurist but this salon is the only one I heard of right now that charges $5 extra for cleaning. The fact that they flagged the other person’s review because they didn’t like honesty is a big red flag. I’ve been coming because I live in Canyon and I haven’t found a good nail shop in canyon nor in Amarillo yet but I am not coming anymore. If my review is flagged for my honesty, I will call TDLR to investigate. I don’t plan on coming back. I’ll just make the drive to better places in Amarillo.

I am a 20+ year long customer of beauty nails and I am so sorry to say I will no longer be returning after my last visit. I walked in for a pedicure & they were short handed. I was there for over 2 hours during which time I sat with my feet in cold water, he put the hot towel on my legs after a halfhearted short massage & he stayed gone working on someone else so long I had to remove the cold towel from my own legs & he didn’t even put a top coat on for me after all of that. I went up to him to pay & he said $28, I handed him $30 & he didn’t offer me my change but I knew he was busy so I didn’t argue with him even though the treatment I received was not deserving of a tip. I left feeling defeated & ignored and ventured home to put my own top coat on for myself.
