Positive: QualityI was there yesterday with my family forA pedicure. There was a blind lady in there and they treated her very badly. She had asked the man to pick a color for her and he said why don’t you do it yourself. She said I can’t see well. The wife came out and told her to call her friend from outside to pick a color for her. The blond lady left. They are disgrace. I think I may call the ADA And tell them how she was treated. This is the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever encountered. They are just RUDE & impolite,I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. I have nice long natural nails & just wanted a gel polish,I called and asked if I could have an appointment and the man literally just said “no” & I asked if he meant no to the time it no to the appointment and he said ” no, we don’t have time” I asked for a 11 am appointment it’s not like it was late in the day…if you don’t “have time” to do a gel polish maybe don’t be so rude about it…horrible business….

I have been going to Beauty Nails for two years! I tried others in Mashpee but they were not up to par with Beauty Nails. They are courteous and accommodating! I like the manicures I receive and have never even had an issue! The staff is wonderful and very professional!

Had a pedicure today and the polish itself was nicely done . My complaint would be the rude staff. Couldn’t even bother to say hello or thank me for payment Or tip. I felt like I was inconveniencing them and interfering with their desire to talk to the “regulars”. Rushed me out of the chair within 15 minutes. Won’t go back.
