I have gone to this nail salon several times because it is close and had decent reviews, however every time I have gone to this salon they have cut and filed my cuticles way to deep and I’ve ended up bleeding each time. Last time I mentioned this to the nail tech and asked if she could try using a different size file to avoid from getting cut. She and the other nail techs in the salon preceded to laugh at me and told to me to “take Tylenol for the pain”. This is incredibly unprofessional. And no, I won’t be “taking Tylenol for the pain”. I’ll just be taking my business somewhere else where I won’t get cut.

Had a great experience at beauty nails. Got a pedicure with a friend, and there was no wait, staff were friendly, they were not rushed, and the pedicure was done really well. Hot stone massage, exfoliation on legs and feet, and nice nail polish application. It smelled great in there too, not the chemical smell that sometimes are in nail salons. Everything felt clean and fresh. I’ll be back!

I’ve been coming a for a few years now. Lisa and her staff are always very polite, patient and respectful. I’m usually very satisfied with their work. As long as you communicate your needs, they will make sure you are taken care. Prices seem to being going up I’m assuming because of inflation, but still worth it.
