Always love the outcome of my nails here but recently it’s become very hard to get an appointment! A few weeks ago I tried to call to get a set of acrylics done midday on a Tuesday and no one answered the phone. Tried a few more times and still no answer. I tried again the next day at a different time and no answer again. I called the phone number I always use, definitely during service hours. I actually ended up going to a different salon. I made a last minute nail appointment here and they easily accommodated my requested time. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and left it up for Kim to reference. She was meticulous, checking each nail next to the other on the opposite hand. She would check back on the picture and make amendments to the shape, she listened to my comments about what I liked (even how high I liked the polish to sit), she buffed and filed until the nails were perfect. I came in after having a great appointment in Boston and was hoping to have the same caliber of work. Well, even better for a great price. I’ve received countless compliments since and am already so excited to go back and create more fun nail designs with her. Highly recommend making your next appointment with Kim – she will not disappoint.

It was my first time going here and they did a great job. You could tell that she was checking back to make sure the shape was right and the lengths were even. I wanted a full set but she told me about the dip powder and I’m glad she did I am very happy!!

Not sure what happened here. Their Instagram is amazing and they have great reviews. I went in to get a fill. The guy doing my nails drilled them so far down to my nail bed that they were burning and bleeding under the skin. One week after my nail cracks like any normal acrylic except this was different. Somehow this ripped my nail with it. So I just ripped of a big chunk of my nail which was super painful. Don’t recommend this place.
