Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this place EVERYTIME I go I always go to Kevin and he does the best!!! He’s always so friendly and accommodating to what I need and I frequently let him choose what mail art to do for me and he does a fabulous job!! Also their prices are very nice comparable to many places in grosse pointe and they have such a friendly atmosphere.Anyone who needs a new nail salon I definitely recommend to come here and give them a shot because they have not let me down and they do so great for people who do designs and acrylic nails

I picked this place due to the high ratings. But for some reason I always get fucced on what I want, ask for and have to pay. She asked me why so wide, I like them like that and what did she do. Yes filed them down, just walked out and one is already lifting $92 for shyt I DID NOT want. Now there going to catch my hair everytime I comb it. Said they can fix it, but they won’t broke till now.

I usually go to this nail place once or twice a month. Today the owner yelled not today when I walked in, which was totally unacceptable! No hello, do you have an appointment, we are booked, just flat out rude! I will NEVER EVER go here again! Learn how to treat customers it’s not cool to yell!! Luckily for him I wasn’t going to let his actions ruin my day.

Day has done my nails for over a year and always does an amazing job! He takes his time and is a perfectionist which I appreciate. My dip always stays on at least three weeks. Love the whole staff at beauty nails! Definitely recommend coming here to get your nails done. 🙂

Best Experience Ever!!! My first visit was this past Sunday. I made an appointment online to Beauty Nail & Spa in GPF as I would be in the neighborhood visiting my mother for the day. I actually live 40 minutes away but the experience I had here at this nail salon has convinced me that drive will be worth it in the future as I intend to come back regularly. I scheduled my appointment online for a gel Mani and Pedi. I arrived about 15 minutes early and was cheerfully greeted, seated right away! They have a menu of several pedicures to choose from. I chose the Spa Pedicure ($65), it is the highest priced pedicure but I wanted to spoil myself. There are quite a few other pedicures to choose from that continue to go down in price. If you are getting Gel applied to your nails, there is an additional $20 added but I was informed of that up front and it was my choice. THE BEST Pedicure I have ever received anywhere!!! She took her time and everything that was listed in the Spa Pedicure was performed (hot stone massage, collagen booties…etc…). I was relaxed and enjoyed every part this experience. My Manicure was perfect as well, and my nails are gorgeous! All the staff were professional, cheerful, kind, attentive…not just to me but to everyone that came in the Nail Salon (as well as responding to phone calls). I read some negative reviews that almost deterred me keeping my appointment, but I am glad I went and will continue to come back. Most of the customers that day did have appointments, but they were able to fit in a few walk-ins with no more that a 20 min wait (at least while I was there). Thank you Beauty Nail and Spa. You have a new Customer!

Firstly, no gross chemical smell upon entering. The facility is clean and new, too. Second, every single employee is super attentive to the client. The guy I had was awesome. This is the best pedicure ever ! Parking can get tricky cause it is in GP but arrive a bit earlier and shouldn’t be a problem. Also would recommend / encouraging making an appointment instead of walking in. I don’t get my nails done on a regular basis but I will definitely be coming back ! I was looking for a good nail salon and after reading countless google reviews I found this gem. This place is awesome, hands down. Firstly, no gross chemical smell upon entering. The facility is clean and new, too. Second, every single employee is super attentive to the client. The guy I had was awesome. This is the best pedicure ever ! I know that the polish is not old because it stays on and looks good everyday. I also got my eyebrows arched by Mindy and she did a phenomenal job. Critical: Quality, ValueWarning this place does not treat every woman the same especially colored women. When I came in I was given five seconds to decide which color I’d get on my hand. When I picked the color I asked the tech why are we given such a short time to pick a color he was very nonchalant and did not seem to care. When he started on my nails he didn’t cut my cuticles soak my hand or anything he just started applying a nail. While the white lady next to me was getting her nails soaked and then her cuticles cut and then they applied a nail. I Then asked my nail tech so why couldn’t I get a manicure before my nail since it’s apart of my service fee. He then tries to cut my cuticles on dry hands (barely cutting anything). I didn’t get my pedicure. When leaving the Caucasian lady and I payed the same amount yet I didn’t get the same service.
