Critical: QualityI gave this place 2 stars because the pedicure was amazing, just the pedicure not even my painted toes are great. I asked for this the last two are after they fixed them and they STILL aren’t great. AND I told them I still wasn’t happy and was still charged full price. 110 dollars for nails I could have and should have done myself. That’s what I’ll probably tell people until Friday when I go somewhere else and get them fixed. I paid a *hit ton of money just to look crazy. I gave this place 2 stars because the pedicure was amazing, just the pedicure not even my painted toes are great. I asked for this the last two are after they fixed them and they STILL aren’t great. AND I told them I still wasn’t happy and was still charged full price. 110 dollars for nails I could have and should have done myself. Clean and seated quickly. I got a gel pedicure that came with a 15 min massage. I would re visit. They take their time.

I really enjoy going here for pedicures. I went the other day and usually go with my friend and they are quick with getting us in together. I have tried other places because I’ve moved further away but have decided to drive over there because I enjoy the pedicures so much. My favorite thing that keeps me coming back is with certain pedicures you get a 15 minute massage. The workers are always pleasant and kind. I’ve also gotten dip powder before and liked that too!

My fingers are all cut up. Didn’t cut only cuticle went up my finger! Took my fiancee there for a wedding. We did not have to wait due to the plentiful amount of staff, but we did call the evening before and make a reservation. They did a wonderful job, the polish remained for 7 days before starting to chip.

Worst manicure. I’m so upset. I just got an acrylic fill in, French manicure with gel & it took less than 30 minutes! The lady rushed so badly & I told her 4 times my boyfriend is proposing this month & im so upset because now my nails are all messed up. I can’t even explain how they look. All puffy & it doesn’t looked filed at all on the top. I got a basic square shape too & it’s all uneven & nail polish looks jacked up too. I can’t believe I just paid $45 for acrylic. There is no reason my nails should have been rushed, I was the only customer in the building. I’m so upset just because I mentioned my proposal is coming up & they look awful. I had to also wait for them to open (supposed to be 9:00) they didn’t come in until 9:02 & when I went inside they were setting up. I will not return.

This used to be my go to spot for pedicures. Yesterday July 16th I to get my usual pedicure with my mom as we have before. We had a appointment at 3:30pm. But since the last time I was here it really went downhill. It wasn’t very clean and they used what appeared to be dirty tools. Usually they open them in front of you but they brought them in a plastic tray. They also reused the one tool on my mom after using it on me. The girl I had cut me mutiple times and was extremely rough. She didn’t apologize for cutting me. This girl I have never seen before and is part of the I will not be back. I’m hoping and praying she didn’t give me a fungus. This place used to be so clean and nice. I don’t know what happened. I wish I would have spoken up was there but I was afraid she’d hurt me more than she already did. So I will stay away from this place and tell my friends and family to as well.
