this place is a hit or miss, sometimes they do a great job but other times they don’t, like i pictured. $55 manicure and the dip powder is chunky and just not shaped well, despite me asking the lady to reshape them multiple times. also the polish is not adequately applied. even then i left a very generous tip, but i will probably not be coming back here again.

I’ve been going to Beauty Nails Design for over 10 years now and it will always be my go to spot to get my nails done. I am very picky and meticulous when it comes to my nails and the nail technicians are very understanding of that. All the equipment is clean and sterile and there is a variety of colors to choose from which varies from regular nail polishes to gel polishes to dip powders which I love. Overall, my nails always turn out fantastic and I would totally recommend this place if you want beautiful nails that last!

The staff were nice and the lady who did my nails did such a great job. She did such a great job on explaining what would fit best with my nails. Will come back. 🙂

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI did manicure and pedicure there because is blocks away from my apartment. They started with a pedicure then manicure, before leaving I asked if I can wear my shoes and they said yes. Not even 5 minutes later when I arrived to my house the pedicure was already ruined. I came back for a refund but they said that they “cannot do refunds”. Very disappointed. I’ve been here twice now and have been very impressed with the salon. It is always clean, the technicians are personable but not overly chatty and they just do a solid job. My last dip manicure lasted over 4 weeks without a chip.

There’s been times where I didn’t see them for 5yrs but when I walked in they still remembered me. Now their in an absolutely gorgeous salon.
