The quality has gone down significantly at this salon. I used to go here for years, but I had a bad experience with a tech being rough and some of the nails looked crooked.But I recently decided to give it another try.I was wrong. The tips she put on looked cheap. The simple swirl pattern was a bit messy.She cut my finger while filing too hard. The worst part of it all was my nails barely lasted a week. They started popping off, ripping off, breaking off just by doing normal things. It was like they were just press ons nails. I’ve gotten my nails done for years this has never happened before. My nails are painful, nasty from the nails coming off. I’m definitely sticking with Island Lounge. Much better quality and service!

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. My daughters full set nails start lifting after 3 days. I called and told the customer service representative Colin. He told me when we come back they would fix it. Afterwards my daughters nails came off I called and was told the manager had to see the nails. I was asking for a credit to my account. The manager Tammy came she said there is nothing they can do. When I asked for clarity she begin to roll her eyes and say that the nail tech Thoa is like a daughter to her and if she gives me credit to my account then it will take the money from Thao. I spent $431 on 3 pedicures and 3 full set. I wasn’t asking for refund I was asking for a credit to my account so when we come back we can use it. Her attitude towards us was unprofessional. She said if she did that for me she would have to do it for everybody else. I own a restaurant and I am willing to put my customers need before egos and attitudes. I don’t recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Came in for a fill, was there for like 30-35 mins it was something quick. I was taken aback by the pricing for something in my opinion was quick and simple. Got a fill from the growth of two weeks, that’s it got charged a weird fee that says” length”?? They only did a FILL, they didn’t not add color powder to rest of the nail. I just thought it was absurd.

Here’s the thing if you want to be uncomfortable then this is definitely the place for you. The front staff is super kind and understanding. However the nail tech doing my nails would visibly get mad at me. I ended up changing my nail color twice which is annoying sure but she basically threw a fit and made me get up and find the color even though I needed help, until the front staff helped. I kept having to ask her to change small details like to make sure the polish was completely covering the nail or fix her line work on my nails. I was incredibly understanding bc it was after hours and I wish the owner or manager would have mentioned that they couldn’t do it bc I would have been much happier with my day. I was scared to have her do my ring finger nail bc she painted it much differently than the pic which I pointed out reluctantly. She basically told me it’s bc my nails too small even though she approved the length. Finally after all the back and forth, I wanted little rhinestones. She wouldn’t place them at the core of the flower like I asked so I said fine and asked for them to be placed at the bottom on each nail. Instead she cleaned up her station and when I asked again she blamed me. She basically started ranting. I got out of there quickly. It went beyond customer service. It quickly became an environment that was supposed to be relaxing to antagonistic. I completely understand that it’s a hard job and it was after hours but honestly I would rather be told no you can’t come in rather than ever feel like that in a place I paid for a service.

Their service is very affordable compared to the one I always visit in my location and inside the business shop is neat and clean. I don’t live in the city but was glad that I had my nails done with this company
