Please dont go here!! The man was ready to polish these nails when i told him the shape was not good, the old polish wasn’t removed and there was acrylic on my skin. He decided to aggressively file until my skin was coming off. When I asked him to stop he refused to finish and walked out! Then I was told there is no one else to finish and id have to wait another 30 mins. Would give negative stars if possible.

I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done when I came back home and this is not the place! I was in there almost 4 hours and it was not busy. I got dip and it is the THICKEST. The guy in station 2 did NOT file or shape my nails. I just gave away $80 because dude had me running late to my sister’s wedding. They really should give me my money back!!!! The dip powder looks hella contaminated but it could be because my salon back in Nashville is just really clean. Ladies, if you are used to standard, this is not the place. My nails look a mess. Very disappointed.

The service here is so poor. I came in 50 minutes before closing and requested a soak off and was denied service being told that a soak off takes “30-45 minutes”. The older guy looked at my nails and stated that he could take them off without doing the soak off and I declined letting him know he’s not going to tear the acrylic off my nails just to avoid doing a proper soak off treatment. He then said doing a soak off is going to take an hour plus. I kindly informed him that if it takes the salon an hour plus to soak off a set of nails that they shouldn’t be in business. This is one of the negative effects of moving back to Detroit because my original salon in Warren would have taken care of me the moment I arrived 50 minutes before closing. I’ll be investing the time to go to the suburbs going forward.

I got my nails done here and my feet done. He started off doing my feet and they came out perfect he then asked me what did we want to do with my nails I told him to give me the cheapest set. Of acrylic nails. He was showed a picture of what I wanted. He did such a bad job on the acrylic. My nails were lumpy and lopsided. When I said something about it he said that my fingers were crooked which is not true. I asked him to fix it and he did an even worse job. He only butchered my nails because I asked for the cheapest set. Because my toes came out perfect. I was embarrassed for people to see my nails after that. Here I am on day 5 of having this set and three of my nails popped off yesterday. I was so unsatisfied with my nails that I cried. I will never go back here again.
