Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here to get my eyebrows threaded after the place I normally go to moved away.It was super quick considering I got my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin done. Given it multiple chances but it still hurts the most compared to other places. Always looks good though lol! My issue is opening and closing times. Says 10 am but I waited till 10.20 am today. No one showed up. Then I decided to return at 6 pm. Door to back room was open, lights were on, iPad was there. Nobody. Sat there and waited about 10 minutes. I was so frustrated. Gave up. I think I will move my loyalty back to the Walmart on I-35 and Parmer. They are cheaper and do a fabulous job with less pain and most importantly they keep their posted times.
