Had a horrible experience at Leland beauty the young man there that works is the owner’s son treated me horrible didn’t listen to me and argued with me and made me cry so I called Beauty Max and spoke to Mr. Parks and told him what happened. He told me come on down they would help me out I bought a beautiful human hair wig that I absolutely love I’m very happy he was very professional and sympathetic and listened to me. Very kind to their customers. Best shopping experience at his store. I’ve been going there for five years and moved away but he is worth the drive for my next wig. I will definitely be back. Thank you Mr. Parks for listening and caring for my needs

First time coming here. Since I don’t live in Wilmington, I just thought i’d check them out. Anyways, I had my toddler son (held him the entire time but ONE minute)with me and literally every time I moved….the guy at the counter had his eyes on me! One of the many uncomfortable shopping experiences in an Korean hair store. If you all believe we steal so bad, why carry on with your businesses in or near predominantly POC neighborhoods?!? Oh, because our money’s good and keep you up and running??!! I get it, there’s some theft but here’s one note for future references…..NOT ALL POC STEAL!! Baby absolutely NOTHING in your over crowded, tripping hazard of a store is worth my freedom! Then when I finally left, he wanted to speak as if he was so sweet. Sir I sincerely pray your mentality changes before you offend someone whom isn’t so forgiving!‼️‼️

My card was charged twice, the man who answered when I called told me to come in and they’d fix it. I went the following Monday when the bridge opened and the lady working acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying so it was a completely wasted trip to Wilmington.
