Very thankful for Ms Antonette. Best cut I have had in over 2 years. Always scary to go to a different stylist. I am so very glad I did. So far I have tried wash and go, blow drying , flat iron & curling. Hair looks great each way. Will definitely be back Bang trim, Hairstyling, Haircut

Scheduled an appt with Alexa for highlight and lowlights for upcoming wedding event a week out. Appointment was scheduled two weeks prior. Got to my appt 20 minutes early and no one could reach Alexa. Another stylist called as well as the supervisor. I specifically came from Kansas to Missouri to get this done. There response to her no show…I am very sorry. No solution no offer to help me. Now I have a week to try and get this done along with other wedding stuff that needs to be done! Would not recommend this salon or stylist.

Came by today to purchase a bottle of enjoy shampoo after standing at the counter for about 6 mins with no one acknowledging I was there I asked if I can purchase the shampoo and was told there’s no receptionist and no one knew how to use the register for a purchase ? I was told to come back tomorrow I told her no, I will go to hair connection today and buy the shampoo just a word of advice to the owner of this salon if want to sell your items you may want to train your staff on how to take a purchase.

Beauty Mart is a great place with great people and a welcoming environment. They know what they are doing and are able to help with any and every question asked. I love getting my hair and nails done here! The service is great and the hairdressers are always a joy to talk to. Facials with Kari are amazing and she really knows how to make you feel wonderful. The boutique section is amazing with the latest styles available. Love this place and will continue to come for many years! Recommended to everyone.

Critical: ProfessionalismHad 2 appointment with the same lady. The first 1 to cut my hair. Then the 2nd for highlights the lady told me to do the partial highlights because Ive already had highlights. The lady told me it would be $75.00 then when I went in to have the highlights done after she started doing the highlights she told me she was gonna have to charge me more. Because there prices went up because of the Covid virus that they had to make money some how. Im sorry but if you already told me 75.00 that’s what it should be. I wont be going back for highlights. The reason I checked around for prices so I wouldn’t be paying more then what I could afford. I like to no the price up front no surprises.Had 2 appointment with the same lady. They did refund my money. Went to a different Salon that fixed my hair and had to cut my hair more to fix the cut. Went in for haircut had a lot of hair came out with not much hair. Asked Deane to cut it so I could wrap it around the curling iron 2 1/2 times or 3 now I can barely get it around once.
