I have been here before and had great times, but this past time I went there was a mishap and I had to leave the salon with over half of the back of my hair bleached. No toner, just bleached. None of the stylists even tried to stay later to fit me into their schedule. They took advantage of a teenager by letting me go out with my hair half bleached. I rescheduled and my appointment got canceled again 45 minutes before the appointment. They finally got me in with a different hairstylist and she did my hair. This is a month later after my first initial appointment. I almost went into a coma with how expensive it was. All I got was highlights and the last time I went it wasn’t near this much. I didn’t realize how expensive it was until one of my friends ( who gets extensions and goes blonde) says her bill is never that expensive. Everyone was super nice, just didn’t handle the situation right and took advantage of a 16 year old.

I contacted Sam because I had used a box dye on my hair and it went black, I contacted Sam for help, ever since then Sam and I have been on the journey back to my natural hair color which is blonde, yes its been a long process but a wonderfully easy because of Sam. I have been going to beauty marked since they had opened back in November I absolutely love the atmosphere that this salon gives off, I have been seeing a wonderful down to earth girl named Sam her and I have known each other for many years now.
