Natalie is amazing at what she does. I was present at the time a customers daughter came for their appointment that Natalie had to cancel an hour before. She never once canceled to fit anyone else in, I had already been there for my appointment that I scheduled over a week in advance. When the daughter arrived, Natalie was nothing more than calm, patient and kind, she was more understanding than any tech I’ve gone to and gave the mother more than enough notice and time to confirm the appointment for the 4 hour slot. She tried multiple times throughout the entire day trying to reach the mom to confirm the appointment and was given no choice to cancel when she didn’t receive any response, she is a single business owner doing a great job running her own business and dealing with life stresses and has these policies in place for a reason. She also did confirm with the daughter the process of receiving a refund through Groupon which she has no control over, she never took anyone’s money after canceling the appointment. Running your own business is hard n sticking to a schedule is an extremely important factor to keeping your business successful. She was very professional in how she handled the situation and doesnt deserve to have a Karen try n ruin her hard worked for reputation. I’ve been to many techs before and no one has made me feel as comfortable n heard as she does. Her salon space is clean, beautiful and comforting and she goes out of her way to give you the services you’re looking for. I will not go to any other lash tech except Natalie.

My husband gave me a Groupon for eyelash extensions as an early Christmas gift. I LOVED having my eyelashes done in the past. I originally made an appointment for a Tueaday. Natalie texted me asking to reschedule because she was stuck at home with a sick daughter – totally understandable. She offered me an appointment at 9am the following Thursday. Thirty minutes before the appointment started she texted me asking to move the appointment to 10am. She didn’t wait for me to respond and I received a text that stated my appointment had already been changed without my permission or confirmation. I asked her to reschedule and she never responded. I looked up her business and she doesn’t have 9am listed as normal hours of operation. Why offer a 9am appointment when your business isn’t open at 9am? I also looked at other reviews and it’s clear that this is a pattern with Groupon clients. She reschedules, ghosts them, and cashes out the Groupon. Fortunately, I was able to get all my money back from Groupon. This is some of the worst professionalism I’ve ever seen. I’m a loyal customer and was planning to continue to see her for my fills every couple weeks. My suggestion is to not waste your time or money. I definitely won’t!

Same that happened to Monica just happened to me. I had two confirmation emails for my appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early, door was locked. I tried to keep an open mind that maybe you were running late or with another client. I waited over an hour, calling/texting Natalie, only to be ignored. Extremely unprofessional and completely disrespectful of my time. I was looking forward to a fun treat and I’ve never been blatantly ghosted by a business before. It is one thing to be running late or life happens, but it’s another to be completely ignored and left out of the loop. Very unfortunate given I purchased this through Groupon, and I’m stuck with a bunch of Groupon bucks now instead of my actual money back.

Natalie is horrible and very unprofessional!! She change our appointment to fit her friend in and then canceled our appointment. She also looked under the influence of something. It was hard to work with her. She refused to give me a refund on the money I paid for 2 appointments. Her communication is nonexistent and she is confused. Go somewhere else this place is not worth the time to book an appointment.

Pretty bizarre booked an appointment online, recived not 1 but 2 confirmations, arrived ten minutes early to a locked door. Called. Text. Sat for a half hour past my appointment time and nothing. Called again she turned her phone off. Called off my son’s phone later that day her phone was still off. Next day no apology, no re book, zero contact. Way to be a absolute weirdo. I remember using this girl when she was in Tacoma and I liked her work but this was so unprofessional and a disgusting way to waste my time and money for a baby sitter that day. I’ll make sure NONE of my friends use this service.
