I’ve been going to Beauty Lounge Spa for several years to have my pedicures. It’s inside the mall in Carson and close to my home, so there’s a convenience factor. There is almost always someone available to do the pedicures without a wait. The stations are clean and their staff is skilled.

I’ve been going here for 2 years for face and eye brow waxing/threading. I had surgery 2 months ago and told Catherine that I was still sensitive in certain areas under my chin. I was afraid waxing was going to hurt but she was so gentle and kept checking to make sure I was doing ok. Every time I go here they are all sweet, professional, and don’t rush their work. Nothing but positive experiences.

Worst manicure and experience. They offered to repaint my nails but the manicure was bad. They even took pics to show the worker how bad it was but never offered to give me my money back. I had a mani pedi and the manicurist stuck her sharp nails in my cuticles to remove the nail polish. I snatched my hand back twice. I hope I dont get nail infections. It was definitely uncomfortable, stretching my arms across my body to get the opposite hand done. No relaxation.

On my 8 years of coming here this is my 100th time I have to dispute on the tech using the prior customer filer buffer and nail clippers. Tech always has a fit and argues with me telling me they are new supplies. I’m observing the tech come to attend me not bothering with walking away to at least play dumb that they did get new supplies. But I still keep coming unlike others will argue just so they get free service.

They do kids nail here. I am very happy because many places doesn’t. Its in the mall so it more pricey than most place I have been. About $45 for kids and $80+ for adult manicures and pedicure. I love this place, relaxation, clean, great customer service and the champagne is just what you need while you unwind and get pampered. I can choose any nail salon to go to but this one is not just about doing nails and making a dollar they genuinely care, especially the owner who went out of her way to rock my baby and keep him calm while I finish getting service. This is the kind of genuine service that keep loyal customers coming back.

The facility is clean and welcoming, However, that maybe the only good thing I can say about the nail shop. For my mothers birthday. my sister and I decided to get a gel mani/pedi. The lady started on my toes while and another started on my hands by the name of Anna Van. After she removed my gel she stated “I’m so hungry” she left, and came back with another lady, and asked “If she could finish while I go eat”. That was the fist time I had ever experienced that type of request. This new lady said “I’m good, don’t worry”. She lied, it was so bad that the guy said she should not work on nails. My cuticles were bleeding, my nails looked like press ons. Due to the time, he said I could come back and have my nail redone. I explained that I live in PS and I would not be back, soon. He said not to worry. Long story short, I came back, and he was not there, a lady said they could not honor it. I asked for a manager, needless to say, she was it. So sad that she would think I needed a free service after I paid over $160.
