Charo saved my hair! I booked an appointment at Beauty Lounge after another salon fried my hair with too much bleach. Charo super conditioned my hair, did a great haircut removing some of the dried over processed hair and then decided to get the color I needed using hair color instead of bleach. This has been a multi-month process to get my hair in better shape but thanks to Charo we are getting there. It was scary to take a chance on a new salon but so glad I found Charo at the Beauty Lounge. She really wants my hair to improve while giving me the color I need. My hair has been a challenge to her but she’s done a great job! Would recommend her to anyone.

Charo is AMAZING! I came in with thin hair and in need of a new style and color. She delivered on all accounts! My hair is now thicker, softer, and shinier thanks to her guidance. Charo is very open to your thoughts, ideas, and concerns and goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. Beauty Lounge itself has a friendly staff and the chairs at the hair washing station are the best I’ve ever experienced! Awful outcome on what should have been a simple blowout and curling iron or flatiron waves. My daughter’s first Homecoming and she was in tears because of an overpriced and horrendous service. I paid for a shampoo and blowout. They charged me for a special occasion updo when I told them we wanted some curls. This has been part of a deluxe blowout at other salons so was surprised at the upcharge. But we were in a time crunch and I didn’t argue except we walked out of there with barely a curl and her hair was a flat rats nest 30 minutes later. It looked greasy and ratty and just awful.

I came across beauty lounge accidentally. I went in for a blow out and was really impressed! While there Ernesto the owner was doing someone’s extensions. I asked about it, had a two minute consultation and he squeezed me in soon after. It was quick, super reasonable and they look AMAZING!!!! I am hooked for life I’m so happy I found my salon and my stylist!
