Takira is absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and helpful in choosing the right cut, color, everything! I felt so comfortable and very well taken care of. You loved it so much you tipped her $30 and bought 1 product for a total of $45 not counting the tip. Thus you did not spend $100. When you called to complain 4 days later and revealed you cut your daughters hair 4 days after the service and showed us the picture, well even though we realized it was not the stylist but you cutting that butchered her hair, we still agreed to refund you. Even though you wanted a refund for the product cost, since you used it all we could not refund that amount. We even offered to correct the cutting you did to your daughters hair but all you wanted was a refund. We are a Professional Salon with Master stylists and we pride ourselves on providing epic services. We also provide services to our clients who are honest with us. After this experience with you, it is evident you do not meet our standards for our salon.
