I actually like this place . Girl who did my body treatment was amazing . The problem is the owner of the spa Gelena herself!!! We are in the same industry and should be interacting as colleagues. But for some reason this women is so incredibly insecure that she took immediate dislike to me . One of her client ask me for professional opinion on one of the treatments and we had a chat about it in the waiting area .I actually complemented Gelena on her technic of doing that specific treatment . Women was very chatty snd ask me for my phone number . So Gelena took it as I am taking away her clients . Mind you that I don’t practice in state of Florida .And to clear up this misunderstanding I explained that to her . It is very sad and unfortunate that women with such a insecurity’s see everyone as a competition !!! If you are a good provider and you secure in your work no one can take your clients . So to make long story short she literally ask me not to come back . So place is great . Owner need therapy and classes on self of steam .So be aware if she found you threatening for any reason you would not get a treatment .

I have been going to Gilena for the past 7+ years and every time is like the first, just amazing , everyone there is great and they take the time to explain and understand your needs . My face and body feels and look fabulous thanks to their amazing job/passion of what they do. I did make an appointment and ever since I truly Adore this place, the girls, the environment, the machines and products they use and have, and mostly they are honest, they will tell you what you really need according with your real necessities and for sure in benefit to enhance your individual beauty. Did I also mention it’s very affordable? Honestly a true place in a Miami that it’s becoming imposible. Everybody should know about this Spa, I highly recommend it.

This place is the worst! I made an appointment for a facial and to get an eyelash lift. I come in and the facial was just awful! She barely did anything to my face. Towards the end of the session, I was told they couldn’t do my eyelash lift because the glue wasn’t working. Ok??? So why not tell me that from the very beginning, instead of wasting my time. I specifically scheduled everything there so I can get it all done on the same day. That was my second time going there, and it’ll be my last. Learn how to give your clients courtesy when they come in for a service.
