I absolutely love this place!!! I have had lash extensions for about a year. I moved and needed someone closer to my house. I decided to try Beauty Lounge! By default I was assigned Hannah S! Let me tell you. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect! I tried a new type of extension and was having trouble keeping them (only on one side). Hannah worked diligently with me to figure out what was going on. We knew it wasn’t her product or how she was doing them because it was only one side.

I was gifted lash extensions, I contacted the number listed for over a week to request an appointment. I finally got a response and booked with Taylor. I’ve never had extensions, I made Taylor aware and she tried to sell me the most expensive lashes. I declined and only wanted the gifted lashes. After, she was done she said I should come back in 2weeks for a fill and try the hybrid lashes vs. the basic set. The lashes started to shed the same day. I wanted to be fair and give her another chance. I went in for a fill and was told I only had 20% lashes left and would need a full set to get hybrids. I told Taylor the lashes started to shed the same day of my 1st service. Long story short, my fill didn’t even last 3days. The lashes were all over my face. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend Beauty Lounge.

I used to go to heather and she gave me eyelash mites. I have had lashes before at other places and I have never gotten lash mites,let alone I’ve never had them in my life. When I went to my eye doctor after I got my lashes off(I took them off because I thought it was my allergies) she saw my eyelids were inflamed and that there was mite waste on my lashes and my lash follicles were swollen. They are spread from person to person and I literally couldn’t haven’t gotten them from anywhere else. Especially since I’ve never had them before. So this just means they’re not properly disinfecting their tools. Places need to disinfect their lash tools with tea tree oil not just regular disinfectant. Now I have to get treatment for my lashes to get rid of them and it’s not cheap. It’s gonna cost $120 all together. To me it’s not worth it. I’m not the type to give bad reviews but I don’t want anyone else to get them. Sorry not sorry.
