save your time, save your money. Today was my first time ever visiting this beauty lounge. i have gotten my eyelashes done before elsewhere and the whole procedure was wrong. it took probably ten minutes and Ernesto made me hold a fan in front of my face the whole time. i checked my lashes in the mirror after Ernesto finished and they were all one length and the glue was SO heavy and SO noticeable. i didn’t mention it, paid and thought its only two weeks i can live. When i got home i took a shower and was mindful not to let the water hit anywhere near my eyes. however, during my shower both lashes came off WHOLE. when i called to get a refund he refused and told me to come back, because he would use better lashes and better glue. i asked why he didn’t do that in the first place and he said he did. absolute waste of money. you’re better off putting on falsies from CVS and trying to pull them off as natural because its the same quality just so much more expensive.

Love this store! Got my lashes done and they lasted Sooooo LONG!! I was going to another place and my lashes were coming out, but here my lashes lasted like over a month! What I do like is that they have all different choices for all price points, but the extensions last the longest. If you see bad reviews it’s because the person misunderstood and paid for the cheaper ones that the staff tell you they don’t last as long. It’s your choice to get higher end ones and I did ! I will be a regular

I made my initial and touch up appointments at the same time. I got a call telling me that my appointment for a fill had to be cancelled because the LASH salon doesn’t have anyone who can do any LASHES available 48 hours before I was leaving for a cruise.

DO NOT go here, I had the worst experience. First I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance only to have it moved half an hour later just as I was coming into the salon. I didn’t mind to wait a half an hour because she seemed like she had her hands full and was the only one there. After waiting for a half hour she was still not done with the customer before me and I ended up waiting an hour and a half after my booked time! Finally it was my turn not only was the bed very uncomfortable but she zoomed though it (I honestly felt like my wait time was longer than my actual appointment) I did not like my lashes they were supposed to be full volume mink (I bought the Groupon) and they looked sparse, uneven, and did not feel like mink. It has been a week since my appointment and I have less than half of my lashes left, they even started falling off an hour after my appointment. I have a second fill appointment and have no idea why I would go back to this place ever again.

Horrible place horrible . They use to be my go to spot until they got rid of everyone who actually knows how to do lashes.I had a appointment @ 4 pm and when I got there the gates where closed 2 hrs of waiting the girl came back with bags and her nails done . But she did slay my lashes so I got over the wait but a Few weeks later I go back they fired her and hired a 2 new girls and she did a horrible job doing my lashes .you couldn’t even tell I had them done. It also smelled like she was using super glue my eyes burned so bad .she tried fixing them but they still looked the same . So I called to schedule a appointment with the owner Ernesto and she told me to try back next week they are booked for a whole week like really . the music was blaring .. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️horrible customer service and the girls who works there now can’t do lashes to save there lives . They will be closed soon they moved there location in the mall 3 times . This place is going down hill . I use to love this place not so much now

I walked in wanting the city girl lashes, everything was going fine until she ripped my eyes open, then had to peel my outer eyelashes from my bottom one. Then she put alcohol on my eyes to clean it up, no warning what so ever, then started snickering when my eyes were watering like crazy. Hurt so bad! After and hour I was told to go look in the mirror hated them instantly, they didn’t look like the picture what so ever! But I just figured I could curl then when I got home then it would be all good. I get home turn my vanity on to find out there is black glue all over my lash line and eyelids. They look even more ridiculous, I look even closer and the ends are already falling out there just hanging on to my natural lashes by a thread. All I was told was don’t get them wet at all and don’t use oil or mascara on them and they would last 3 week, I’ll be lucky if these last one. Very terrible experience, I wouldn’t spend your money here.

Got my lashes done here for a wedding. I had to ask the lady to redo them because the glue was so thick and the lashes were crooked. They were supposed to last up to three weeks, but they didn’t even make it through the day. I’ve been trying to fight for a refund, but to no avail.

I bought my girlfriend the lash course for 550 dollars and made sure it was scheduled for a Saturday that I knew we didn’t have plans. My girlfriend showed up and the manager of the store said no we have you down for next Saturday. We were annoyed knowing that it was the wrong date but we understood that the miss communication happens. She went in the next Saturday and again the store manager or whoever does the lash course wasn’t even there and said to come back tomorrow at 12. So now very angry knowing that this is the kind of service we would receive. Not to mention that since she is coming in at 12 she would not be getting all the hours of her course. She went in on Sunday and they did not even have her lash kit there. He had to make one out of some stuff he had around the shop and could not send her home with her kit and certificate. Then I went back the next Saturday when the kit came in and ask for some extra lashes or her to practice with or some sort of gift card where she could buy lashes, or even give me my money back. I was very upset and would not pay 100 dollars for the service we got. He said “sorry we do not make the lashes here so there for I can not give you extras” so if your looking to get your lashes done here I’m sorry to tell you but they don’t have any lashes to put on you so don’t waste your time. What really put me over the edge was when my girlfriend opened the lash kit half of the things in it were expired, opened and dirty like they had been in the shop for a while.

So today i went to do my eyelashes, and was greeted by a really rude host. When i went to check in she made me repeat my name multiple times, as she didn’t understood me. After that in a really rude manner she went and did my eyelashes. One thing i didn’t get is how they charged me before fue service, in which esa really strange. After she did my eyelashes she spilled makeup removal on my face after i told her not to clean fue little dirt that i had in my eye. Honestly i wouldn’t recomend going here and i way really disatisfied with how i was treated.
