Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was a very wonderful place. The service there was extremely professional, clean, neat, and beautiful. It was a very calm environment. Everything is fairly priced too 🙂 the only thing I did not like is how on some of the nails it looks like I’ve had them done for a week but on the others it looks like I just got them done(for clarification I did just get them done this week on Tuesday.) Four nails didn’t get beads of acrylic close enough to the cuticle to make it look flush. Other than that this will be the the place I go to whenever I get them done. This was a very wonderful place. The service there was extremely professional, clean, neat, and beautiful. It was a very calm environment. Everything is fairly priced too 🙂 the only thing I did not like is how on some of the nails it looks like I’ve had them done for a week but on the others it looks like I just got them done(for clarification I did just get them done this week on Tuesday.) Critical: ProfessionalismI visited this nail solon with a co-work on Saturday March 13, 2021. The nail solon was packed full of clients, and with that being the case I was asked to sign in on a roster and they would give me a call once it was my turn. I left and about 1 hour later received a call to come to the appointment. Once we arrived my co-worker and I waited an additional 30 mins to be seen. Once in the chair with the nail technician I showed her picture of how I would like my nails and she assured me that she would be able to do it. About 20 mins in doing my nails a gentleman took over on doing my nails and he painted them with shellac nail polish of my choice after the pervious tech put on the nails and acrylic. I then preceded to show the male tech the picture of the nails I showed the previous nail tech the picture included a butterfly hand created nail design, the male tech tells me he can’t do that design and pulls some butterfly stickers instead. The woman nail tech came back over and stated that they aren’t able to do the design and would I like to change the color of my nails. I agreed to get the nail color change due to them not being able to preform the nail design. By this time a third nail tech comes over and begins to drill off the nail shellac gel polish, it’s about 20 mins in I tell her that in about 20 mins I’ll have to leave for work and she begins to rush and cuts the side of my finger with the nail drill and still continued to drill while it was bleeding until I told her to stop my finger was bleeding. The other female tech that was three chairs down comes to look at my nails and stated it’s because your moving your hand is why you were cut. I assure her that I haven’t moved my hand. By this time I only have about 10 mins before work so I asked the nail tech if i can come in on Sunday to get my nails completed and she acknowledged that they would be closed on Sunday and to come early on Monday morning at 9:00Am. While cashing out with the nail tech I asked her to pay for the work they have already completed and I’ll pay the other half Monday. I paid half of the initial payment amount which was $20.00 per the owner. Once payment was made the owner comes over yelling at the top of her lungs while pulling her hair back and gesturing with her fist drawn up to fight me. I insured her that I don’t intend to fight her. While walking out she yelled aloud in front of customers and cursed me out. The staff here are very unprofessional and I believe they aren’t in the business of satisfying their customer I felt my safety & security was in danger due to the nail technician not taking any notice to cutting my finger with the nail drill. I would not recommend this nail Solon.
