Beauty lab was absolutely amazing! I had my hair styled for a wedding and absolutely loved it. My make up was done perfectly for photos, while also still making me look natural and like myself. I had never been to Beauty Lab before, but I can promise I will be back for any hair or make up needs!! Beauty Lab was also clean, welcoming, and styled so cute inside! I absolutely love this salon. Dorota cared enough to take her time to understand what I wanted, the condition of my hair and it’s journey, and what we could do to safely get there. She managed to take care of me (longer process than initially planned for) while assisting her other clients as well and was so grateful for that! I look beautiful, look forward to my follow up!

Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional way of conducting business. Got a gift certificate long time ago and yesterday decided to use it for my haircut. Since the gift certificate didnt have an expiration date written on it, there was no way for me to know that it could be expired. At the time of check out i was told that they cannot honor it because the person who wrote it out hasnt been working there for 2 years. How is it my fault that this person didn’t do her job right and now basically they will keep the $100. I was really happy with the person who cut my hair and my haircut but the owners definitely need to learn how to do a better business to keep the customer happy, because they just lost one.Very unprofessional way of conducting business. Since the gift certificate didnt have an expiration date written on it, there was no way for me to know that it could be expired. Spent over $2500 on my daughter for laser hair removal after completing all her sessions no results at all! Cheap laser! They just want your money unprofessional and rude staff! Do not recommend avoid at all costs! Scammers!
