I had high hopes for this place based off reviews. Unfortunately, they have a weird policy in place where you pay your entire service BEFORE receiving the service. That’s not how businesses work and I would have preferred to have that disclosed to me over the phone when on the phone with the associate when asking questions about scheduling. I did not feel comfortable paying in full for an appointment I had not even had. Especially as a first time client. God forbid there was double dipping, or problems with sanitation or hygiene and I had to walk out of my appointment, then I would have paid for an entire service. Doesn’t pass the common sense test.
