Absolutely love her products! I have sensitive skin and never have issues with any items I purchase. Also, Heather herself is amazing and answers your questions as busy as she is building an empire she connects with her customers. Plus all her staff is amazing and so kind and knowledgeable. My favorite products are 100% Rose Water Spray all Honey Oat Products!!!! Hubby even likes her products so always able to purchase for us both!!!

The products here are not only extremely overpriced but also have fragrance in them . Even the products that are supposedly for sensitive skin and she claims are “fragrance Free” are not . I had a breakout on my cheek from her cucumber spray & Fragrance Free moisturizer, Rose water toner . It was awful and lasted for months ! My skin was completely clear before that . I heard about her store an I wanted to check it out . I went in there an the owner Heather asked what I was using on my skin. She claimed my current skincare routine wasn’t good and in the long run would cause me issues. she suggested I try her products so I did . I got a break out immediately at first I thought it was my skin getting use to it because that can happen when trying new products but I used her products over a month an still the same reaction . It took months for my skin to get back to normal. Unfortunately now I have scaring . One of the other products I bought the Aloe lip gel not only was my lips burning but it made my lips even more dry. All I can say is the body butters are nice although expensive! She claims lush products are so awful . Yet I’ve never had any issue using lush . Two stars just because the body butters are great I’ll give her that . The other stuff just some overpriced , awful skincare . Thumbs down for me !

Heather is Amazing She has such a big heart and is so kind and truly cares about her business and her customer’s. Her company has amazing customer service and all of her products can i just say WOW amazing, The sugar scrubs, cold pressed soaps, The eye gels, Her body butters are to die for, I love the fact that she post in her group to see what the customer’s want and to give them options on scents for her monthly’s. All Beauty kitchen Products are amazing I know i can’t live with out her eye gels and scrubs, I have tried some store bought scrubs and they are No Comparison to The Beauty Kitchen Scrubs !!!

I adore the lavender mask, but ESPECIALLY the lavender pillow/ facial spray. Only reason why I haven’t repurchased it is because it only comes in the travel sized bottle, which doesn’t last very long. If it came in a full sized bottle, it would be a staple!

My only issue is with tracking. I really wish tracking information was available when orders were placed. I have absolutely no idea when my package will arrive until it arrives which because there is no tracking information available is ALWAYS a surprise
