Found this deal on groupon. Oksana was very responsive from the beginning, while planning a time that worked via text and giving me instructions on her exact location. I went in for highlights and she did an amazing job. I was worried as i have dark hair and they may not look as natural but she didn’t a wonderful job toning the blonde to blend with my hair. I also enjoyed her company and we had good conversations while she was doing my hair. She is a very nice lady and is obviously very talented. I was very happy with my hair and i would definitely come again.

Oksana takes time to listen to exactly what I want and is able to give me amazing results. I have used her for my prom hair/make up look and I also use her for my monthly cuts and colors. She has also done a Brazilian blowout on me which I loved the result. She is personable and kind, has many years in the business. I have never had one bad experience with her. Highly recommend to anyone looking to up their hair game!

Oksana has a kind, professional demeanor. She took time to look at the pictures I brought and consulted me as she went about both the highlights and the cut. She did an excellent job of thinning and texturizing my hair, as well as blending it. She took ten years off my look and I left feeling confident and fun! Oksana understood my style and delivered! Totally misled by the rave reviews on Groupon, and based on my experience I can only give 2 stars. Walked in for a cut and full highlight. I showed a hairstyle and color on my phone, she gave a glance and never asked a question about how the color/style will work on me, nor concerns if these might be any ambiguity in our communication … So the color ended up with 2 tones lighter while she said it was the same as the picture. However I didn’t raised up this issue since I thought it might be my fault not being able to show the color in real life but on my phone, plus when it comes to colors it might be very subjective. Then I asked if she could thinned out the end of my hair more, she started to show reluctance stating she had done so. After I asked for further thinning it out, she just randomly used the thinning scissor to chop a little here and there in 10 seconds. Now the end of my tresses were flaring outwards, and she just told me it’s the nature of my hair and she could do nothing about it. Actually when I went back home, wet the tip of hair a bit and used my hair blower to blow it inwardly for a couple of minutes, the issue was just gone! And for the cut, it’s just a rough image of what I showed her, lacking all the details that make the whole hairstyle attractive to me.

Asked for a balayage – got a foil. Asked several times why she was foiling and she said this was also a balayage. It was literally a foil and absolutely not the look I wanted. (Google definition of balayage). It’s just the line of the foil, half an inch down rather than on the root.
