Critical: ValueI called sat up appointment to have my clients hair cut and blow dried. I was quoted $25 seem fair that is going rate. Salon called and canceled twice first she had doctors appointment she couldn’t miss, second time death in the family but could reschedule two days later. Clients other staff took her to appointment and was charged $65. Client had her hair done on Friday Saturday I called salon and said charging my client $65 is not acceptable. You quoted me $25 she said I can give you back difference or another service in future you think about it let me know. Today Monday I called told her we would like refund keep $25 for service another $5 for tip. She then become rude said I did not say that I offered a future service. I cannot do refund I’d have to get ahold of my accountant and everything. I said you did offer refund I took notes she said I did too and only offered future service. Then said went on to say I need to work on my communication as I was very vague to what I expected at appointment. No you quoted price then took advantage of and elderly handicap lady. I called sat up appointment to have my clients hair cut and blow dried. I was quoted $25 seem fair that is going rate. Salon called and canceled twice first she had doctors appointment she couldn’t miss, second time death in the family but could reschedule two days later. The woman that runs Beauty Haven canceled twice before actually doing the client’s hair on the third scheduled time. The woman who runs the place charge $65 for a cut and shampoo even though it was quoted at $25. When asked about this and a refund was requested the owner said he also styled and did an updo for our client. Our client’s hair is only about two inches. Long story short I feel the owner seen an elderly person she could take advantage of. I will steer all client’s away from this crooked place. My caregiver schedule an appt for her elderly dementia client scheduled an appoint at Beauty Haven as it was close to the client’s home. The woman that runs Beauty Haven canceled twice before actually doing the client’s hair on the third scheduled time. The woman who runs the place charge $65 for a cut and shampoo even though it was quoted at $25.
