4 out of 10 nails were not straight. And then when I told her I was good not to worry I would get it fixed somewhere else. She told me she was going to fix it then started painting them? I didn’t like the way the rest of the staff was acting there was a man in there making rude comments to the lady he was helping about me. I used to come here all the time for at least 10 years! Never again….

Had a horrible experience. I went in for a basic $20 pedicure but left with a bad taste in my mouth from the quality of service I received. She (the technician) didn’t trim my nails (which obviously needed trimming/clipping), she used SoftSoap (yes the hand wash – I saw the pump bottle) to scrub my feet and legs with a hard bristle brush. My shins and tops of feet were burning and my legs, by the time I got home, felt as if they have road rash. She used the “cheese grater” looking tool only on one foot. She used her finger nails, not fingers, to hold my toes. Her finger nails were sharp and constantly poking and piercing (yes cutting!) into my skin. This was so painful!!!!! I was constantly asking her to stop and adjust her finger as she was piercing my toe skin. She didn’t understand so it took a while for her to stop until another technician interpreted what I was saying. There was a lot of bizarre unorthodox things she was doing to my feet. From the moment she started working on my feet, the two other technicians watched her like a hawk and were constantly telling her things. I watched my best friend and the lady that sat next to her and their pedicures were totally different than the way this technician was doing on my feet and legs. To add insult to injury, they charged me $25 for a pedicure that is advertised as $20 in their menu. Needless to say I will not be back and highly question if this lady really is a licensed technician.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHad a great experience here, my nails came out beautiful. Everything was clean, and they offer hand towels instead of paper ones when you wash your hands when you first walk in. Will definitely be back for a fill and the calm atmosphere.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Today made my second visit and I am more unhappy than the first time. The nail tech was rude and was constantly on her phone. I asked for white tip polish, when she was shaping the lines up, white polish ran down my nails, she then put the clear coat over it and when I pointed out that my nails had blochy white spots and streaks she said, ” no that’s your nail like that”. Wrong. After I asked her 4 times to fix it she finally did but she put clear coat on half ass and my polish came out rough and bubbly. Also I had polish around my nail that she didn’t clean up. Waste of time and money. Never. Again.

Critical: CleanlinessI went here about two months ago and got a new set. Three weeks later my fake nail fell off and my finger was infected. So I took a break got it healed and went back just to get another infection. Not to mention he was very rude and did not do what I wanted but did what HE wanted.
