This salon is amazing!! Daniella is the best in the business! Martha is the best for nails!! I always have the absolute BEST experience at this place! The atmosphere is relaxing and everyone is so friendly and welcoming!! Every stylist here is beyond an expert in their service!! You are getting way better quality for the price! Critical: ProfessionalismI brought my 14 year old daughter in a couple of weeks ago for her first set of highlights. She was nervous about how light they were, Simone said that if she didn’t like them, she’d be happy to add toner. Over text, she told me she could add it to her crown and around her face. I brought her back today to add toner. For some reason, Simone was incredibly rude to her. My daughter apologized for not liking the color, Simone actually ignored her and wouldn’t respond. I asked her about doing just her crown and around her face, and Simone said “I’m just going to do her whole head because I don’t want to do this over and over again”. She then told me that she wouldn’t keep fixing the color for free after this (not only did I never ask for it to be no charge, but I paid in full for the color correction today). Afterwards, when my daughter thanked her and said she loved it, Simone said “yeah, we’ll see”. She had her in tears. I’m actually hoping Simone does reply to this review, I’d love to find out what made it ok for her to treat someone so horribly. When we left, she had darkened up her hair so much, that you could barely see the $350 worth of work that I paid for. I brought my 14 year old daughter in a couple of weeks ago for her first set of highlights. She was nervous about how light they were, Simone said that if she didn’t like them, she’d be happy to add toner. Over text, she told me she could add it to her crown and around her face. Love the owner Daniela who does amazing hair, all hair types and styles and color. She got me out of black to a blonde. She’s very honest, made sure I understood the process and her prices are amazing. She’s very professional and very nice. Everything she does she explains and she’s super careful, she’s fast but makes sure she lets you out on timely manner and gives you ALL her attention. The new place is amazing! It’s super clean, nice, others are super friendly and they have great clientele. I have finally found a place I can call MY SALON! She’s very honest, made sure I understood the process and her prices are amazing. She’s very professional and very nice.
