I appreciate having the opportunity to voice my experience, so that others will NOT come behind me and have to feel any of what I felt today. One would think that being that they have a son and a daughter that is a part of the millennial generation they would take an opportunity to educate their parents on the importance of customer service. They require a $10 minimum on debit cards. I asked for a one time exception because I did not have cash on me at the time. That is NOT a requirement for Visa or Mastercard, so please don’t believe that it is. You ALWAYS have the right to make a $1 purchase or a $100 purchase with the money you earned. That is the owner’s policy because they don’t want to have to pay for the small purchase as a business owner. If he was educated at all he would know that most customers spend well over $10 per visit, so he is only losing clientele by his self-made policy and curt attitude. The “Dad” barely opens his mouth to speak at all as if he is bothered that we put food in his mouth, clothes on his back and a roof over his head. BLACK WOMEN if you want to go where your money is valued please go somewhere else! If I could give this beauty supply store a -0 I would. BLACKS NEED TO START SUPPORTING BLACKS AND STOP SUPPORTING ASIANS BECAUSE IT IS CLEAR THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT US NOR OUR MONEY.. Customer service matters…

I love beauty for me. I go here for all of my hair and products. They have a large variety of products. I enjoy them all. I mean the store is humongous and the staff is so nice. Don’t mistake them being busy for being rude. Go there for great hair weaves,wigs,dyes, and more!!!

I will never spend another cent in that store. I bought some hair, .my daughter didn’t like. Tried to exchange for something different. The lady said it was final because it was on sale. Although the hair said that no where. I brought that to her attention she grab her marker then tell me she must have told me! You know what I don’t need to spend my money here. That why I always go to New York beauty in Summerville. Don’t know why I stop there that day! New York beauty have better prices, plus they don’t following you around like the Chinese people do. They think all black people steal!

These people are just plain rude. They barely crack their mouth open to speak and constantly watch customers. Not ALL people are thieves. If they feel that way then why open a store? They do not care nor respect black people! I bought some hair and it was the wrong kind. The receipt clearly states NO refunds, only exchanges! The lady asked if me if I bought the hair from them because their son rang me up wrong! He basically charges me more. Now, his incompetence is not my problem. She then asks me if he was the one to ring me up and if I checked my receipt? I told them they better check their cameras. I will never go here again and I will my friends not to as well. They need to be humbled!

Let me begin my saying they have a wide variety of product selection which I can only assume is the ONLY reason they are still in business. Let me also state that I honor the privilege to be able to write reviews for potential customers looking towards a honest opinion or experience from someone whom has been her prior. The customer service is unacceptable. I am unsure why the atmosphere and attitude portrayed towards paying customers are the way they are. I take pride in treating others the way I expect to be treated and it is disappointing to feel profiled the MOMENT you walk into a place of business. The two individuals which were at this location today were not helpful whatsoever and honestly made me feel unwelcome from beginning to finish. I would highly recommend customers take their funds elsewhere yet on a higher note I can only hope that once enough word is outwardly voiced a change will come to be in the future.

Worst customer service ever. Been here 3x and the same experience each time. Only reason I went that often is because it is right next to my house and when I’m in a rush or need something last minute I went here.They have a $10 min on a card. My first time going I went to buy eyelashes and it came up to $3. Walked away with nothing. They are rude and nasty to customers and know nothing about the products they are selling. The products are good and the store is big but the customer service isn’t worth your time. If you want to be treated like a thief then go here.
