She is always honest with me. She has told me a couple of times that she didn’t think a particular style would work for me. Very terrible . My mom went in for a short cut and they layered the back and buzzed it up to her ears . Calling in to speak to anyone concerning the incident and the hairstylist herself said she is an independent contractor and nothing can be done and regardless that’s what she “wanted” . Very rude on the phone and now my mother has to have her head shaved . Please don’t let your loved ones go into this salon.Stylist was Amy , please yall be careful and do your research !
