I have used Beauty First Nails since 2019 and they have never once let me down. Kim and Vinny are very personable, they are always welcoming their clients whether new or old with kindness. They are always accommodating and go above and beyond. They have a daughter named Anna who I have enjoyed watching grow up these last few years she is always so cheerful too!They treat me like family and if there is something you dont like about your nails they are always willing to make it right. One time I had them put gems on my nails and a couple days later 1 fell off and he immediately not only fixed it for me on the spot but provided me with extra gems and nail glue to make sure if it happened again I could have a back up. I appreciated that they went above and beyond for me. Kim and Vinny run the place themselves, they are efficient and have been doing this for over 20 years. So happy to have been able to be a continued devoted client of theirs.

I made an appointment for two people at a certain time and when I called they didn’t even take my name. I showed up with my mom and they acted completely clueless even though I made an appointment. We ended up getting situated and my mom and I got our nails painted with just plain paint. The nail tech rushed through our nails doing a disappointing job. There were streaks in my nails and I could still see my nail. Not coming back

I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed! Kim and Vinny are incredible! Mani and Pedis are top notch! The new massage chairs are amazing and they end your pedi with a hot rock massage. Manis end with a paraffin wax dip.

I called and made an appointment because I’m new to the area and they has good reviews. My pedicure was pretty good, my toes turned out as expected but they didn’t do a scrub. I also got a dip manicure which was not good at all. Within a week of getting them done, most of my nails top coat was peeling off and 4 of my nails had chipped. I have never had this happen at any other salon I’ve gone to. The color is uneven because they didn’t smooth them out after applying 3-4 layers of color. The price was good, $80 for both services but now I have to get my manicure done again 10 days later because they look look terrible. The shape was also poor, I asked for rounded and they were not rounded, they were almost pointed. Not pleased at all with the experience.

The owner is friendly and I never had to wait to be serviced but both times I’ve been there I was slightly hurt while having my nails done. The first time it was during the filing. The tool used caused so much friction it built up heat and kind of burned me. The second time while snipping wayward cuticle pieces my finger was nipped, it even caused me to bleed. The bleeding was not a lot but it was really obvious yet an apology was not offered.
