If i could give 0 star i would. Worst hair color done by Tammy! She damaged my hair, handled multiple clients at once and the color i requested came up nothing even close to it. She put me on bleach n heating dome too long my hair is turning white and damage. Asked for simple color and highlight, but turned out having more than 3 different colors on my hair. Grey, blonde, brown. If you want to have hair color like these, come visit Tammy there. Had an appointment at 12:30 and out from the salon at 4:15. The worst experience. Please stop talking on your language all the time when clients around.. it’s rude!

All stylists are well trained & experienced. My short hair cut was $13 plus $2 tip! Much higher in other places. It’s right next to the Welfresh Supermarket and there are many restaurants in the center. I love this great convenient location.

Hair color : horrible experience asked for Brown ,the technician Angel put black.color, next went back to show her the color she asked me to wash my hair couple times and it would be lighter.I explained to her that it looks black she didn’t listen to paid almost 100$ including tip, she asked me to come in a week I went back today the manager informs the technician is not working today and I can get my roots done for extra money and come back to do the whole hair.?? I asked how did my roots grow in a week almost 2 inches in a week it’s not.posaible.She explained to me that sometimes they do !!! This is most ridiculous behavior ever.

Critical: ProfessionalismI tried calling this business almost 15x times to make an appointment for haircut and style and the receptionist just hangs up the phone on me and blocked my calls. I have never been this disrespected in my entire life. I ALWAYS came to this salon because Mike was the best stylist there and I had a hair emergency and was willing to go with another one. What happened with this salon today, there are no words! To show utter disrespect and contempt for a customer especially one that is giving you business and willing to pay is absolutely mind boggling.I tried calling this business almost 15x times to make an appointment for haircut and style and the receptionist just hangs up the phone on me and blocked my calls. I tried calling this business almost 15x times to make an appointment for haircut and style and the receptionist just hangs up the phone on me and blocked my calls. I have never been this disrespected in my entire life. I ALWAYS came to this salon because Mike was the best stylist there and I had a hair emergency and was willing to go with another one. This place has been here so long and for a reason! Great place with great hair stylists at a price you can not beat! They sometimes have difficulty getting the exact haircut I want, but they are always friendly and I am not super picky, especially for the price point. I have only tried them for regular haircuts and toning balayage hair which I have had the best experience with. Tip them well!
