They have a very large wig selection…but..I was only allowed to try on 3, & there wasn’t a place to actually sit down. I really was interested in buying one but just not allowed to try enough to make decision. Lots of other hair products and prices good. Owners friendly but need to be a little more flexible.

I have been going to this store since I moved to Wilmington 6 years ago. The owners are very nice and welcoming. I can always find what I need. It is a bit more than Walmart but the selection makes the price worth it. Keep up the great work.

I was wig shopping today and stopped at Beauty Express. I asked the owner (I knew it was the owner, because I’ve shopped there before) if he would hand me a wig, as it was on a shelf that I couldn’t reach. He said no they don’t take the wigs down off the shelf. I asked how is the customer supposed read about the product and examine it. Then silly me went out on a limb and asked if I could try on a wig and he said no. I had a wig cap or would have purchased a new one from him. I said to him, there is no way you can buy a wig without trying it on to see if it the right fit for your face and head. He said so, that’s store policy.
